33 V/D icons.

I'm quite aware that V/D is universally hated. It's also not my fault that I like V/D along with V/everyone else in the universe. Also not my fault RT changed D's character in s2. I wasn't going to post these, but I spent a long time on them and nothing else today really worked out. All variations, pretty much.
